Hydrogen Pioneers a New Journey: Grand Signing of Hubei Hydrogen Commercial Vehicle Innovation Demonstration Center Project

On July 25th, the signing ceremony for the Hubei Hydrogen Commercial Vehicle Innovation Demonstration Center project was held at Hubei New Chufeng Automobile Co., Ltd., marking a transformative phase in Hubei Province's hydrogen commercial vehicle industry.Under the high-level support of Zengdu District, Suizhou City, the event was attended by:Mr. Luo Juntao, Deputy District Mayor of Zengdu  Ma Anyang, Deputy Director of the District Government Office Leaders from the District Bureau of Science & Economy, Emergency Industry Development Company Chang Lei, General Manager of Shuimu Bozhan Technology (Beijing)  Zhang Yi, GM of Zhongguancun Science Park's Industry-Academia-Research Center Sun Ying, CEO of Hypertruck Senior management of New Chufeng This collaboration implements the provincial and municipal governments' strategic plans to establish Hubei as a hydrogen commercial vehicle industrial base.

Hosted by Deputy Director Ma Anyang, the event opened with welcomes and project background. Keynote speakers—including executives from Shuimu Bozhan, Zhongguancun, and Hypertruck—pledged to leverage their respective strengths in technology innovation, commercialization, and market operations to accelerate project implementation.

Deputy Mayor Luo Juntao emphasized:"This tripartite partnership combines cutting-edge concepts, premium services, and top-tier management to build an integrated demonstration hub for hydrogen industry exhibition, R&D, project incubation, testing, production, and commerce. It will create industrial clustering effects and lay a solid foundation for Zengdu's hydrogen vehicle base."He urged all district departments to provide proactive, efficient support for the initiative.

Through intensive discussions with New Chufeng’s investors and management, Zengdu District successfully partnered with Shuimu Bozhan—a specialist in industrial park operations and talent services—to co-develop the Center. Anchored at New Chufeng’s facility, the project will: Attract hydrogen industry chain enterprises Drive breakthroughs in hydrogen tech applications Establish a vertically integrated industrial ecosystem Accelerate the transformation of Suizhou’s specialized vehicle sector This move underscores Suizhou’s commitment to hydrogen energy and positions New Chufeng for unprecedented growth in hydrogen commercial vehicles while synergizing upstream/downstream industries.

The ceremony’s success injects fresh dynamism into New Chufeng and opens a new chapter for Suizhou’s hydrogen industry. With collective efforts, the Hubei Hydrogen Commercial Vehicle Innovation Demonstration Center is poised to become an industry benchmark, contributing "New Chufeng Innovation" and "Suizhou Expertise" to advance global hydrogen energy development.
