SamWind Auto Achieves Outstanding Results in the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Urban Main Industry Vocational Skills League (Shiyan)

In order to further advance the reform of the industrial workforce construction, cultivate more craftsmen and skilled talents, and promote the high-quality development of the automotive main industry, the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Urban Main Industry Vocational Skills League (Shiyan) and the Technicians and Craftsmen Conference, themed "Innovation Leads Development, Skills Create the Future," opened in Shiyan on July 5. The event aims to vigorously implement the reform of the industrial workforce construction in the new era, nurture more craftsmen and skilled talents, and drive the high-end, intelligent, and green development of industries.

Organized jointly by the China Workers' Technical Association, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Shiyan Municipal Party Committee and People's Government, the event brought together over 80 teams and more than 350 contestants from across the country and various cities and prefectures in Hubei Province. They gathered in the "City of Cars" Shiyan to compete and exchange skills in their respective fields.The league adopted an open competition format, including 10 events such as the Chinese Automotive Industry Workers' Skills Competition (Automobile Adjusters), the Hubei Provincial Industrial Robot System Operator Skills Competition, and the Domestic Service Vocational Skills Competition (Hubei Invitational).

After three days of fierce competition, two contestants selected by SamWind Auto achieved outstanding results. Zhang Peng won the first prize (Silver Technician) in the category of Automobile Adjusters (Commercial Vehicles), and Yang Deqiang won the second prize in the same category. They also secured the second place in the overall team score.

SamWind Auto will strengthen the training of industrial workers, establish a reserve pool of top-tier talents, and increase the number of various types of highly skilled professionals. Relying on the Vocational Skills Improvement Management Center, the company will improve the vocational training system for industrial workers, provide a platform for training and growth for skilled talents, and leverage their role in the company's sustainable and high-quality development.
