Strategic Framework Agreement Signed Between Hubei Xinchufeng and Xiangyang Da'an Testing Center

  On April 20, Hubei Xinchufeng MOTOR VEHICEL Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Xinchufeng”) and Xiangyang Da'an Automobile Testing Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Da'an Center”) signed a strategic framework agreement in Suizhou. The two parties will further carry out in-depth cooperation and explore and construct new testing and inspection service models in the product development process.

  Huang Zhaojin, General Manager of Xinchufeng; Wu Zhiyong, Deputy General Manager; Li Puming, General Manager and Party Secretary of Daan Center; Zhou Qiang, Assistant to the General Manager; Luo Juntao, Deputy District Magistrate of Zengdu District, Suizhou City; Cheng Shuang, Director of the District Science and Technology and Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Ling Zhun, General Manager of Zengfa Group; and relevant department heads attended the signing ceremony.

  With the implementation of the strategic partnership, Xin Chufeng and Daan Center will adhere to the principles of “equality, sharing, mutual benefit, and development” to engage in comprehensive collaboration across the entire value chain, process, and lifecycle.

  To ensure the efficient and high-quality development of new vehicle models, Daan Center will establish a dedicated project team to provide the company with services including regulatory technical consulting, certification and testing, R&D technical support, and resource coordination. The aim is to reduce R&D and certification costs, shorten R&D cycles, and enhance the competitiveness of vehicle models. Together, they will establish a business model combining “comprehensive technical services + testing,” setting a benchmark for mutually beneficial cooperation.

  Xiangyang Daan Automobile Testing Center Co., Ltd., also known as the National Automobile Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Xiangyang) and the National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Hubei), is an independent third-party comprehensive automobile testing and technical service institution recognized and authorized by the China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It holds all the necessary qualifications and authorizations for automobile testing institutions issued by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Transport (MOT), and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE).
